Must Tom go to jail?
From stage to jail! From the red carpet into the gray prison! Instead of flashing cameras cold neon light from the ceiling. What a nightmare for millions of Tokio Hotel fans: Tom Kaulitz behind bars! The end for the mega-band! Their guitarist previously conficted!
That is what exactly threatens the 20-year-olds. And why? Because of that one night: On the 15 of April this year the TH-guitarist should have sandbag the 21-year-old fan Perrine D. at a gas station in Hamburg.
Anyhow..this is what the girl lays on Tom's charge. But there are huge doubts in this story. After all, she is not a "normal Fan", but a member of a nasty stalker-gang , who had even attacked the mother of Bill and Tom. Nevertheless: If Tom would be convicted in court, he should expect up to five years in prison!
But what BRAVO now exclusively learned, it won't be probably going that far....
Fortunately, Tom has a good chance to be able to be on a stage again !
Band manager David Jost (37): "The accusation of the prosecution was not delieverd to us till today. Whether there will be really a trial is absolutly not clear!"
This view is shared by the competent public prosecutor William Moller of Hamburg. He confirmed to Bravo: "The whole thing is currently a pending procedure. That means, it does not necessarily come to a public trial." In addition, an out-of-court-settlement is on the way...
TH-Manager Jost: "The lawyers of Perrine and Tom are planning to drop their respective charges's. The conditions are, that Perrine declares in writing to stop harassing the band and their family members." Both parties are currently working on a secret deal that would not only save Tom, also Perrine.
For her, three years in prison for stalking are waiting. Tom claimed that she is a member of the French girl gang "Les Afghans On Tour", who hellacious harassed him, his family members and his band mates for month.
At the aforementioned gas station in Hamburg, everything got out of control! As Perrine supposedly put a cigarette on Tom's sports car, an Audi R8 (value: 130,000 euros), the star freaked out.... Perrine had to be treated in an outpatient hospital, and should have suffered an eardrum rupture, swelling in the left eye and bruises.
She filed a complain for assault. But Tom didn't take any shit from somebody. He also filed a criminal complaint and also complained that Perrine and her friends Angelina (25), Noemie (20) and Aurore (21) should stop terrorizing the band. If Perrine agrees to the deal, she will be free. Her friends, however, must continue to worry! "Toward the other members of the Gang "Les Afghans On Tour " the already existing same criminal charges will be unchanged pursued. Some of them are already delievered, what is however very time-consuming because of the residences of the defandants in France", says David Jost. And Tom? He only wants to forget the worst night of his life - and simply rock again...
